School Group Tour Policies
School group visits are scheduled Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Thank you for your interest in school group tours at Clark Gardens Botanical Park! Clark Gardens Botanical Park is a 501c3 educational foundation. We are dedicated to providing an opportunity for all ages to experience nature.
To request a school group tour, please fill out the request form. After we receive the information, we will contact you to finalize the details of your informative, fun-filled visit.
Requests will be scheduled based on space availability. The number of groups scheduled per morning or afternoon is limited.
School Group Admission Rate
Admission fees are waived for Palo Pinto and Parker County public school district student field trips. All other public school district, all private schools and home school groups are charged admission fees. School groups may receive a discount if prepaid with one form of the payment. Please email Storie for information.
Unless prior arrangements are made, the teacher or group leader is to collect all fees in advance for additional teachers, parents, siblings and chaperones and present one payment upon arrival to our admissions office.
All students and accompanying adults (teachers, parents, chaperones) will be provided wrist bands and will be expected to wear them at all times while on the Clark Garden property.
School Group Programs
School groups may request one of our educational programs to be presented to their students. There is no additional charge on the first visit of the calendar year. A self-guided tour is NOT considered a program. The staff will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests. However, at times, based on staffing and unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to substitute an age appropriate program.
More than one educational program can be provided. Additional fees apply. School groups are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and picnic in the park.
