The Retreat at Clark Gardens

Booking Policies

• A non-refundable down payment of $500 per lodging establishment is due at time of booking with executed signed contract.  This be will be credited against lodging fees.
• All fees (including damage security deposit) are due in full 30 days prior to event.  Payment plans available.
• Names of guests occupying either lodging facility must be provided in writing 30 days prior to event.  Guests checking in at the Holiday Inn express will be required to show photo identification and will be asked for a credit card for incidentals.
• A damage security deposit of $350 is added to all lodging packages and will be returned if no damages are incurred, if event time allotments are honored and guests account does not exceed lodging pricing.
• Prices are subject to change without notice before the execution of signed contract.
• The individual(s) signing the lodging contract is responsible or any and all damage that might be incurred to the lodging properties during the effective rental period.
• There are no additional taxes or gratuities.
